We chose Janet Le Camp to sell our house because she took the time to visit our house in person in order to promote her services, as opposed to just mailing out a pamphlet. We were very pleased with her service from start to finish. She showed us lots of comparable recent sales to help us set a price we were comfortable with, she arranged an excellent photographer/videographer to promote our listing and a few short weeks later she managed to see us through a final offer and acceptance even though we were in another country on vacation.
